Neolithic landscapes of North Uist – Croanabhal, Loch Euphort

11 am – 3 pm

Join resident archaeologist Dr Kate MacDonald for a guided walk to some of the Neolithic monuments scattered across this fantastic landscape.

We will be meeting at the old pier (NF 831 638), on the B894 Loch Euphort road. From the A867 Clachan/Lochmaddy road, turn east on to the B894, and find the pier on the left at the head of Loch Euphort, approximately a mile from the main road.

The walk will cover approximately 3 miles, including some rough moorland.
Walking boots and waterproofs are recommended.
Bring a packed lunch.

£25 p/person.
Children under 12 free.
Friendly dogs welcome.
